SHIPPING POLICY

UK shipping only.

We know you are eager to receive your order and so are we! Once your order has been received and processed it will then be shipped out. 

All products are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be made, we will aim to get orders made and dispatched as soon as we can.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, its then sent standard delivery which is normally 3-5 days, however we aim to provide the fastest service possible so you may receive your order sooner. 

All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service so a signature will be required. Orders are still currently sent via a tracked service, but new measures now mean a signature won't be needed. The mail team will take evidence of it being delivered to your door instead.

*Please note: It is the customers responsibility to provide correct information and they will be liable for the goods should information be incorrect.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please wash all printed items on a 30 degrees wash inside out. Do not tumble dry and iron inside out.  Need to return your item, no problem. Items can be returned within 14 days of your receipt. Please email   lslapparel@outlook.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reasons for this. 

The customer is responsible for all the return costs and is liable for that item(s) until it has been received by LSLapparel. A tracked delivery method is recommended to ensure the item(s) is received safely.

Refunds are made via your original payment method and this may take 1-10 days to reach you, upon LSLapparel confirming and processing the refund.

 

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in a good condition and must be unworn

  • Items that have been washed will NOT be accepted

  • Any items considered to have strong smells will NOT be accepted (body odour, perfumes, deodorants, fake tans etc)

  • Any items containing human/animal hair will NOT be accepted

 

 

LSLapparel has the right to refuse a refund should the item(s) fail to meet the returns guidelines.

Exchanges are NOW AVAILABLE! In most cases we are now able to provide like for like exchanges. **Please note this is only when stock levels allow!**

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or a different colour (where possible), please contact us and let us know. You'll receive instructions from there! 

Please Note: The customer is responsible for the return postage for an exchange. LSLapparel will then send out your exchange free of charge.

Faulty item? We are sorry to hear this. In the event you feel you have a defective item please with your name, order number, which item is damaged, a description and photographic evidence.
